creditrepairstan
Hey guys, I'll be posting my full case information once I'm officially served (so far got the court document in the mail but not actually served to me). The case is being brought by Dominion Law Associoates on behalf of the current owner of the debt Midland Funding. I never DVed them but upon getting this notice int he mail I was given no supporting documents at all besides the actual Warrant in Debt. I was sued in VA once before about 3 years ago and got a lot more supporting documents from the JDB. My question being is this just a case of them holding onto the info until the actual court phase of this or is it likely that Midland has very little in terms of documents on this account?
