jdfkl
My spouse and I are co-defendants in an upcoming hearing on a motion. Are both of us afforded the opportunity to each address the court individually? Or does one of us do all the talking for the group?
admin
It's just a guess on my part, but I would say either one of you can speak. I doubt if they will give each one of you a chance to defend the case.
hot in az
In our trial the judge asked the plaintiff if he would like to call a witness. I was sitting closest to him and had my notebook and stuff in front of me so he called me (Thank goodness) as my husband was clueless about it all. He was never asked anything.
