jdfkl
In preparation for a hearing on a motion, I have rounded up a new series of case law to support my oral arguments. Do I need to prepare a table of authorities to give to the judge during the hearing? Or just reference them while I speak?
BV80
@ By "new set", I take it that you didn't include those citations in a written response? I don't know if it's required or not, but I might provide it to the judge in order for him to have something to reference while you speak. If it is required, it might be necessary for the other party to have a copy, as well. Did you read the cases from which each citation came just to make sure that the details surrounding each citation actually apply to your case?
