Dispute with CRA

I just want to make sure I understand this right.... I am starting the process to try and repair my credit and get everything accurate, so I need to start disputing with the CRA. Does this mean that in my letter I just go through and list all my negatives as "Not mine", should I be sending the same to all 3 CRA's at the same time, or should I just pick a batch, dispute them, see what happens then move on to the next batch?

I did look through the "FAQ" for an answer but didn't see it there. ;)

Not sure what you mean by a "batch". How many accounts are in trouble? What type of accounts are we talking about?

Are there any Judgments, Tax Liens, BK etc..

If none of the latter than it would be best to dispute all in one shot not in pieces.

If there are many accounts (more than 10) you are dealing with some will probably get deleted just because.

Then you'll know who's gonna fight or not. That's when the real game begins.

Start there and remember if you do so by regular mail be sure to send it certified return receipt EVERY TIME.

@growlybear1972 - not sure if you read this page on the CIC website.  It goes through pretty much step-by-step what to do when you are disputing with the CRS's.  There are also links to other pages for more information on mailing letters, letters to write, etc.

Hope that helps!  Good Luck!!!  :-)
