It was a summons from a lawyer debt collector attempting. To collect on a debt in which another debt collector gave up.Oc was discover , I have checked the court. And nothing has happened yet.So is it ok that I file my response Monday with a affirmative defense. Lack of proof of debt. He made lots of posts that should have some good info in it for you. Do a search for his name and Gordon and you should be able to find it.
