I have a charged off auto loan from 2008.

The original lender, was bought out.

On my credit report, i have the original lender, the company that bought out the original lender, and the JDC.

How should i try to remove one of the original lenders as disputing both as not mine didnt work?

It was current when OC1 was bought by OC2.

But i have three credit lines,

OC1

OC2

JDC

For some reason that doesn't sound right......

OC1 doesnt exsist as they were baught out by OC2, they are 1 company for all legal intents.

but because there named changed they get to report the same loan twice?

As I said, if OC1 has $0 balance, that's good.  Leave it alone.  If its not $0, see: http://www.creditinfocenter.com/repair/DisputingWithOriginalCreditor.shtml

As for OC2, if its been sold, their TL should also have $0 balance and "sold to another lender"..if that's the case, you can try a 623 dispute with them.  If it hasn't been sold, then "JDC" is really a collection agency and both the current OC and the CA are allowed to report.
