cnielson
I have a debt listed on my credit report by a Junk Debt Buyer. The JDB apparently bought from another who bought from original creditor. It was a company credit card debt that I was guarantor on. I actually was served with law suit and I appeared as an attorney for myself on 2 occasions and successfully chased away the attorney by asking specific questions during discovery phase relating to ownership of the debt. That was very satisfying on my part. Now I am wanting to remove that debt from my credit report. How should I go about that? Call or write the JDB?
