INVALUABLE guide for Texas Residents

Recommended Posts

Yes it is a good idea: The Civil guide lays out all the rules for pleadings, motions, etc with a lot of case law. It is written mostly in plain English and in a format that starts at the legal beginning, the suit and answer. The forms guide shows the proper format and language for all pleadings, answers, motions etc. in a step by step way. Want to get off to a good start with clerks and judges, and give the other side pause: present a document written and formatted properly.
