How can I appeal to the GA appeals courth without a court transcript (no transcript taken).

Which county in GA?

Was the trial videotaped??  If so they will give you a CD and you will have that transcribed

Magistrate Court in GA is not recorded in any fashion unless one of the parties pays for it.  Many of the courts are in rural areas and do not have the video capability at all.

In California, for an appeal, you can choose to submit a Statement on Appeal as the form of record of oral arguments. This consists of a thorough description of all testimony, objections, ect. The other side gets to submit proposed amendments, then the trial judge makes revisions.

I have no idea if there is any rule similar to this in georgia, or in your county, but there may well be.
