Suing a Bank for Overdraft Fees

_{Has anyone sued a Bank for excessive overdraft fees, due to reorganization of deposits and credits to maximize the banks potential for overdraft collection?}

Is there a sample complaint form available for this type of case where I the consumer wants to file a complaint against the big bank?

There was a class action suit against BoA for this very issue.  Google that.

I used to work at a small regional bank data center in my former life and remember when they were first introducing check guarantee cards for overdraft protection.  The VP conducting the meeting made the comment that we as employees need to encourage signing up for those cards.  His comment was 'If we can get them to use them, then we've got them.  The interest on the card loans will offset the OD charges we will lose.  We make our overhead on OD's but having these cards will encourage more spending. and higher interest payments.'

I JUST got another check from the settlement from this case.  They keep sending me money and I keep taking it.

Yup, about a year ago I received $324 from Chase as a result of a class action suit.  Was very nice surprise.
