Help Me Please!!! Recieved a Citation last week.

Well ......... I'd really need a lot more information than you have provided in your first post but, off-hand, I'd say that you could object to the request as your bank records are personal, private and confidential and would not lead to the discovery of admissible evidence (assuming this is a debt related issue).


On the other hand I really don't know much about LA.'s procedural rules or anything else about this 'citation'.


If this is a debt related issue you may want to consider answering the questions in this post.

Just copy and paste them into this thread and answer them to the best of your knowledge.


It will help define the issues at hand and will allow us to answer more competently.

Bank records are discover-able and if the opposition puts up a big enough fuss on the issue you will have to produce them.
