Clydesmom
Just found this. Hope your not on the visitation list: http://newswatch.us/capital-one-now-makes-house-calls-says-it-can-show-up-at-cardholders-homes-workplaces/ First: this is OLD news. This story broke about two if not three weeks ago. Second: I have two Capital 1 cards and the communication I received from them and is on their web page is an apology for the poor wording and that despite how it read and the nice idea of getting to know customers better they do NOT go to card holder's homes, employers or make any personal visits. michalmontoya
In my opinion, paying a visit to customer at anytime, do not come under professional work ethics. It would be direct break of privacy of the individual.
