I'm facing another lawsuit and am looking ahead in order to prepare for a negative outcome. 

 

Has anyone set up a payment plan after losing at trial? The obvious worst-case scenario is 25% garnishment and no bank account. 

 

I don't see why a victor would take monthly payments less than a quarter of my income, but I've never been in that position.
