Spelling error in my Request for production...Do I have to redo it

Recommended Posts

I just realized - in my "requests for production of documents" directed to the plaintiff, even though I spelled the plaintiff's name correctly everywhere within the document, including the header, I only misspelled the name in one spot: in the greeting, where it says "TO:" and then the name of the plaintiff

I added an "e" to the end of the name, accidentally.

Do I have to inform them by mail of the spelling mistake? And if I do does that give them more time to respond to it?
