Yawon Posted July 28, 2014 Report Share Posted July 28, 2014 I've looked everywhere I can think of and can't come up with the case law to show Bill of Sale needs identifying information such as name account number, etc. If anyone knows of one, or can head me in the right direction to find one, I'd be grateful.
