Juxtpos
Saturday we received several letters from attorneys trying to sell their services, saying that my wife is being sued by Midland Funding for a little over $1700. We haven't been served yet so we don't have any idea what the debit is from, all of our accts are current. We looked on the local district Justice of the Peace site and there is a complaint filed. I know that we will have to wait until we are served to find out what the allegation is, but in the mean time, can anyone recommend a fairly price reputable attorney in the Houston area that we can consult with? I would normally take this on myself, but my wife is recovering from cancer and we just don't have the time or energy to take this on ourselves. Money is tight because of treatments so any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.
