Posse
Default Judgment was in 2011They filed a Wage Garnishment in 5/2013I filed an Exemption and won. I didn't fight this one because a year or 2 earlier I fought pretty hard, with an Atty. and I lost. The witness was in San Francisco. and the judge allowed it, not only that a different witness came to the trial and the judge allowed it. I figured what's the point to fight this one. Then I found This Website and everyone helped on a Current Case. Is there anything I can Try?
Clydesmom
At this late date? No. The time limit to appeal this is 30 days after the verdict was rendered. You didn't fight them and therefore have no basis to appeal either. You knew about the case and chose not to fight.
