CreditVortex 16 Posted May 3, 2015 Report Share Posted May 3, 2015 I have only one of my unsecured debts that was sold to a JDB. I would like to settle with them for 25% of the total of $1,8XX.XX. The SOL date is in late 2018. I haven't heard from them in more than 2 years, they still list it on all 3 CRAs as 'in collection'. Quote Link to post Share on other sites
