Pericles
What are the opening and charge off dates? Get any agreement between those two dates. This one is dated July 2010182-077-00.pdf Any GE agreement numbered 182-077-00 is Care Credit. It is just a matter of the date. You can find lots of old agreements on health provider websites by searching that agreement number.

Pericles
The lawsuit date is usually different than the charge off date. The charge off date is listed in the statement included with the complaint. Your charge off date is 04/11/2010. Find an agreement dated between the opening date and 04/11/2010.
