grandnagis Posted September 13, 2015 Report Posted September 13, 2015 In June I disputed collection accounts with the 3 credit bureaus. I had 2 accounts with Revenue Recovery only 1 of the accounts was on Transunion, both on Equifax 1 on Experian. After the disputes they were all removed. I checked my credit recently on credit karma and the 1 account that wasn't originally on transunion is on there saying dispute resolved; customer disagrees! How did they investigate an account they didn't have and I never disputed? What should my next move be? Quote
fisthardcheese Posted September 14, 2015 Report Posted September 14, 2015 Because it was never reported on TU, but you did dispute the account in another way, they are legally allowed to report it to TU but they must report it as disputed. This is what they did. All you need to do is send another dispute to TU for this like you did for the other TLs. Quote
