shellieh98
you would need to file a motion to vacate judgement. look around for similar motions to get your working, and you should have rules of civil procedure in Texas that states how you are noticed for an MSJ.

tjohn616
I am researching this now and it says that in Texas I was supposed to be served by certified mail. I received the Order Setting Plaintiff's Motion for Summary Judgment for Hearing; Original signed copy of Plaintiff's Motion for Summary Judgment with exhibits; and Plaintiff's proposed Summary Judgment Order. I never received the Notice of Hearing that was signed by the judge. I moved, but the new owners always tell me if there is mail for me there. I see on the District Court's website that they had the hearing on April 15 and the judgment was signed that day. Online, it says that I have 30 days to file a Motion to Vacate Judgment. I still haven't received anything from the Plaintiff or the Court. I appreciate any guidance. Thank you.
