I notified all 3 credit agencies about a negative public records on my credit report

Notified them of what?  They are not yours?  They are obsolete?

Should I send copies to the Equfax showing that Transunion and Experian deleted the negative item on my report.

Equifax is not required to do what the other two did.  Much depends on why you disputed.

I disputed with Transunion on 4/5/16 that the public records case number xxxx  item was paid prior to Judgement or it never went to judgement. On 4/8/16 Transunion delete the public records item from my credit report.

I disputed with Experian exactly the same thing in late April and on 5/2/16 they also deleted the negative public records item.

I have disputed this public records item with Equifax on two different occasions for the same reason and are not willing to delete the public records account from their agency. They provided the courts phone # as a point of contact and I have called and talked with the court and they have stated that their was no judgement on this case no..

Please advise!

You got lucky on these two.

You need to get the Plaintiff to vacate their case.  As long as there is a case on record with the courthouse the search bots are going to find it and report it.
