jason71
Received a dunning letter from Blatt, Hasenmiller threatening to file suit on a debt in which there is already a judgement against me with garnishment order. I currently am paying on a different garnishment order with that information provided to the court previously. The previous judgement was obtained by Bowman, Heintz which Blatt, Hasenmiller states they took over. Although they would never collect no matter how many judgements obtained in my personal situation, I do not like to be taken advantage of. Is this not illegal to sue on an existing judgement ? The state is IN.
nobk4me
I would suggest you contact a consumer attorney. There may be a FDCPA violation here.
