@pokergod ask for everything the CFPB order says they're required to have. Make sure to file a complaint with the CFPB if they don't follow that to the letter.

Read your rules to see if a second request is allowed.  If it is, you could probably title it as defendant's second request for production of documents.

If you want to consult with a consumer lawyer, send a PM to @LawKitty who is a member here as well as  a FL consumer lawyer who has successfully defended MANY defendants sued by PRA.  Just point to her name above,  click where you see the envelope and then compose your message.
