Checked online with the courts and saw this item regarding a lawsuit brought against me DISMISSAL WITHOUT PREJUDICE FILED FOR THE ENTIRE ACTION AS
TO ALL DEFENDANT(S) AND ALL CAUSES OF ACTION(S). Do I need to do anything? What does this really mean? Will the creditor refile this case?

It means the Plaintiff has dropped the case.  The statute of limitations runs as if they never sued you.

No.  The suit is over.  Watch the dockets to make sure they don't refile but if this was a junk debt buyer they typically don't refile they walk away.

Depends on who the creditor is.  Who sued you and for how much?
