stevp01
Hello friends! I have a small concern that needs clarification. I am still paying for a home mortgage that I took 5 years back. I have never made any delay in payments and my credit score is 701. My wife and I are planning to start a cake shop near my home. We have a little savings, but a commercial mortgage is necessary to make our dream come true. We have got a good deal on a retail property, if we are going for it now. We talked to our Mortgage brokers Butler Mortgage Toronto, and they confirmed that our credit score is fair enough to get this one approved. What concerns us is, how this will affect us financially. Will it affect our credit score badly? Do you advise against or for taking this mortgage now? It would be great if you could help us as soon as possible. Thanks!
