Sued by PRA in TX

Recommended Posts

I was served a few weeks ago and I filed my answer with the court and sent a certified copy to the address and attorney that was on the original citation, however today I received a letter from the law firm wanting to offer a settlement. The letter was signed by a different attorney than what was named on the citation. My question is, is this normal and do I need inclued this attorney on any correspondence with them or continue to send stuff to the original attorney?
