need help to respond to a summon issued for a credit card case

i want to know how to respond to the summon or where can I get help. I lost this credit card and lost track of it but willing to continue making payments until it is zero balance. I don't want to deal with the law firm, maybe just paralegal help. The court is in LA county. Please send me referrals please Thank you.
