Alexandra K.
Hi everyone,.... I have a few questions I am not sure about. I am sued by Midland. Trial is tomorrow. I am claiming hearsay and I requested proof from Midland in form of an itemized list of charges ( they only submitted a summary). I am not quite sure how this is going to end. Am not sure if I should go the route of them proving that the debt is owned by them or just stick with them providing an itemized list of charges. I am a little shaken, lost and scared to the point that I wonder, if I should declare bankruptcy. I am wondering if they judge against me tomorrow (I don't hope so, but it might happen as I do not even know what I should say in court), would this judgment be off my record if I declare bankruptcy? Does anyone have any advice which would calm my nerves? I have never dealt with this before Thank you
