I am trying to pay off 3 judgements, 2 for my wife and 1 for me.  We paid on one in 2017. We sent them $1100 and requested a balance from them. They sent us a letter and thanked us for $1000. What happened to the other $100. I am getting ready to pay this one off.  Do I contact the court where this is filed and let them know I believe We are getting ripped off?

No contact the judgment creditor or their lawyer, who ever you sent the payment to and straighten it out.

Before you pay ANYTHING else off start by offering a lump sum one time settlement of 50-60% and see if they will take it as payment in full.  You probably could have settled that judgment for less than $1000.  Get all terms in writing BEFORE you pay.
