zxeebawe
I was sent a summons from capital one or a lawyer representing capital one on December 17th 2017, I filed a answer right away it has been 5 months since i submitted my answer. I didn't get a court date on the summons it only asked me to agree or disagree that the debt was mine, i filed a answer and said i didn't have enough information to agree to the debt and haven't heard from them since. are they still suing me? or they gave up and was expecting to get a default judgment

Check with the court to see if the case is still active and if anything else has taken place.
