Credit Card Lawsuits in Pennsylvania

Recommended Posts

I don't know about PNC.

Cap One does not have an arb clause and they almost always sue on their own accounts and have the paperwork to back them up. If there is one you should keep paying on or try to negotiate with, it is that one.

Synchrony has a great arb clause that will cause any JDB attorney to go running once it is invoked.

You probably have about 6 months - 1 year before seeing any lawsuits at the earliest. At this point, I would try to negotiate a lump sum payment with Cap One and get rid of them ASAP. I would then move to PNC depending on if they have an arb clause and what it says. As for Synchrony, I would leave them for last if at all.
