Guest kaydensmom Posted July 31, 2018 Report Share Posted July 31, 2018 Hi guys..my husband is being sued in small claims court by Midland Funding for a credit card with Citibank..they sent a summons/notice to appear for pretrial conference..and it doesn't state that we have to answer anything...they also sent 2 credit card statements that state he owes x amount $ monthly payment...and they sent a bill of sale which doesn't have the acct number or anything...not sure what to do next...they also called the day after he was served trying to settle..
