Inthedred
Hello All, You all are so helpful, I decided to do it again....? Being sued again by Calvary in California for an old CITI account. This time it is in excess of $30k. So on this one I am assuming that I can not use a General Denial like i have on another suit. Any advice or templates for answering the suit correctly? I have 26 day left to answer.

Inthedred
Thank you for the info... I'm familiar with arbitration strategy and have re-read that post. I need to awnser the suit, and on this one I can not use the GD. That is what I am seeking guidance on, how do I format and respond with the more formal answer? RyanEX
I believe you'd have to answer on pleading paper. That's not hard though, can get you a template. May need help on the language though, will try a search on the forum for CA Unlimited cases, see if there's a sample...
Inthedred
Thanks @RyanEX I've been going through the threads that come up under search term unlimited. Definitely answers the question if I needs to be on pleading paper. Any help on verbiage would be helpful as well.

Inthedred
@lovelspower I bit the bullet and hired Ian Chowdhury and let's just say I can't talked about the end result, but it was a very positive outcome....

Great news! Thank you for the update. I believe @calawyer thinks very highly of Ian Chowdhury. So happy for you to have a "very positive outcome" you can't talk about. 1

Lady Bug
Hi, Does anyone know a good attorney in the San Jose, CA area? Thinking about letting a pro handle my case. Fight is with Midland. Thanks in advance! LadyBug
Inthedred
I used and recommend Ian Chowdhury. Use www.Californiacollectiomdefense.com To schedule a free consultation.

Lady Bug
Whoops, Chowdhury is, unfortunately, in Anaheim, which is about 6 hours (drive) south of San Jose. Need someone in San Jose (70 miles south of San Francisco). Any other ideas?
Inthedred
@Lady Bug Just schedule a consultation. I wasn't close to him either. He handled everything remotely.
