RanchLife22
I’m looking for some advice. My wife was just served a Pretrial Conference for some old debt, roughly $3500 or so from before we were married or even before we met for that matter. We have 2 kids, she’s a stay at home mom and doesn’t work. What’s the best defense for her? Deny the debt? Say she’s an unemployed stay at home mom? The attorneys assigned to this case is based out of Miami, 5 hours away? Will this guy even show up? Or are they just hoping my wife doesn’t show up? Any help will be greatly appreciated.
