Bottom line is they will sue you. 1 hour ago, Djabel88 said: I defaulted on a loan from Dell after a computer i purchased from them turned out to be junk. I am sure you know this but for anyone else who might read this and doesn't buyer's remorse or being dissatisfied with the purchase is not LEGAL grounds for default on a contract. You cannot use that as a defense if they do sue you.
nobk4me
Is there an arbitration clause?
Djabel88
I am filling out a DV letter as we speak and send it certified mail on monday. As for the arbitration clause. Honestly im not very sure what that is. I know that defaulting on it was not the correct route to solve the problem. Thank you everyone for the input.
