turrasco
So I'm a little late to the party, but trying to stave off disaster. I answered a civil suit filed awhile ago, and the court date is tomorrow. Based on what I'm reading, I should have filed a motion to compel arbitration. Is it possible to bring this with me to court, and "file the motion" at the trial? If not, what procedures should I follow in court tomorrow (eg, try to settle, negotiate with JDB, etc)? Thanks for you time, sorry for short notice.

For Texas Justice Court? No. 8 minutes ago, turrasco said: If not, what procedures should I follow in court tomorrow (eg, try to settle, negotiate with JDB, etc)? WAY to little information to be able to help you defend a suit in less than 24 hours. Sorry.
