Court date tomorrow

Recommended Posts

So I'm a little late to the party, but trying to stave off disaster.  I answered a civil suit filed awhile ago, and the court date is tomorrow.  Based on what I'm reading, I should have filed a motion to compel arbitration.  Is it possible to bring this with me to court, and "file the motion" at the trial?

If not, what procedures should I follow in court tomorrow (eg, try to settle, negotiate with JDB, etc)?

Thanks for you time, sorry for short notice.

For Texas Justice Court?  No.

WAY to little information to be able to help you defend a suit in less than 24 hours.  Sorry.
