lowes
I'm working on my MTC and I want to find a case law supporting arbitration in New Mexico. I don't know if I'm reading these case laws right but I see a lot denying arbitration.. I would really appreciate some help trying to find a case law that supports arbitration against JDB's in New Mexico.
nobk4me
You are probably not going to find a lot of case law involving arbitration and JDBs. Case law is made at the appellate level. Most JDBs dismiss when a case goes to arb. It's not worth it for them to go to arb or to fight the trial court's arb ruling on appeal. How about statute law in NM? I assume NM has an arbitration act? If you can't find good state level law, then just stick to federal in your motion.
