I am currently being sued by LVNV FUNDING LLC in Washita County Oklahoma.

1.  Who is the named plaintiff in the suit? LVNV Funding LLC

2. What is the name of the law firm handling the suit? Love Beal & Nixon, P.C.

3. How much are you being sued for? $4,782.63

4. Who is the original creditor? CitiFinancial, Inc.

5. How do you know you are being sued? Served Summons and Petition to Parent's Home Address 

6. How were you served? Process Server served mother

7. Was the service legal as required by your state? I'm not sure... I have not live at the address served in 8 years

8. What was your correspondence (if any) with the people suing you before you think you were being sued? None

9. What state and county do you live in? Custer County, Oklahoma

10. When is the last time you paid on this account? I'm not even aware of this account

11. What is the SOL on the debt? Not sure, I think 5 years.

12. What is the status of your case? Served

13. Have you disputed the debt with the credit bureaus (both the original creditor and the collection agency?) No

14. Did you request debt validation before the suit was filed? No.

15. How long do you have to respond to the suit? 20 days from June 29, 2019

16. What evidence did they send with the summons? I was served a summons and petition Along with the Firms contact number

Any help with this and how to word my answer would be very kind.... I have no knowledge of this debt and am not sure how to go about getting the debt verified, or finding out how old the debt is.
