crystaltalpey 0
If the time has tolled on a debt with its original creditor and the account has been on your credit report for 7 years or more, what is the proper procedure for requesting removal? are there any form letters to sample from for this? I did not find any in the letter forms section

fisthardcheese 1,502
There are no forms or need for a form. Send a simple letter to each CRA with information from the TL and state that "this is too old for reporting. Please remove." Often, just simply saying what you are trying to convey is all that is needed.
