vic124
I am being sued by Portfolio Recovery Associates for $1300 and change for a amazon/synchrony account. I filed my denial and motion for discovery. They answered the discovery by mailing me a copy of statements from 04/17-11/17. The last 4 of the account number is only showing. Plus what looks like something on excel with my info and account on it. What should I do now? Is this enough information for it to hold up in court for them? Should I try to settle out of court? I am in Texas, in Parker County. Help, please I have no idea how to move forward with this.
nobk4me
When the OC is Synchrony, arbitration is the best option. Let's just hope you have not waived your arbitration rights by engaging in discovery. Best info on arbitration is here:

There are court rulings that said just that: engaging in the litigation process waives the right to arbitration. Nothing to lose by trying it could work.
