Velocity Investments: Filed for Arbitration, got served with Interrogatories.

Recommended Posts

As the Title states,

Being sued by Velocity/Prosper (Ragan & Ragan).  Sent Answered with Motion to Compel Arbitration.  Just been served via Mail Plaintiff Interrogatories, Notice to Produce and request for Admissions.  Verbiage pretty much asking me to admit and produce my Prosper application/Loan etc.  I guess time to play dead and file for Chapter 7 bankruptcy once they win via Default judgement.  I did receive a letter from the Court 2 weeks ago about a Trial Hearing in March after I sent in my response and my motion to compel.  thanks in advance for those who reply.

I would answer each and every one of their requests with this response.

"Objection: Defendant has asserted his/her right to have Plaintiff's claims resolved in binding, contractual arbitration. Responding to Plaintiff's request may be interpreted by the court as a waiver of Defendant's rights, and Defendant therefore objects to Plaintiff's request on these grounds."
