I received a summons in person from Absolute Resolutions - Mandarich Law Group for an account originally belonging to Avant LLC. 

This account has been disputed previously through Dcoument Managemet Sevices. I am now being sued because they did not handle this properly. 

Amount is for 3297.89

I am trying to decide how I should respond. Socuemnt Mangement Services has left me out to dry on this and now I have to deal with it. 

Any advice is greatly apprecirated. I have toI  respond by Friday (or may response has to be postmarked by Friday).
