Paulo88
I am in NJ and I am being sued by Pressler, Felt, and Warshaw who represent Midland Credit Management (Synchrony Bank, PayPal) in the amount of $2900. I read a lot of topics and filed an answer after I received the complaint and requested arbitration as it states in the Credit Card Agreement. The agreement states "it will be the responsibility of the party asserting the claim to begin arbitration." I just got a letter from Pressler, Felt, and Warshaw today stating that they would like for me to begin the arbitration proceeding and attached a consent order for me to begin arbitration. Aren't they supposed to begin arbitration according to the Credit Card Agreement?
