I got a letter from Key 2 Recovery saying I owned $12,165 to a University I studied abroad from last year. The thing is my University is partnered with that University for some study abroad locations so they would pay for the tuition once I filed for my student loans. I have emailed both Universities about this on Monday but have not received any replies. What can I do now?
