I am being suit by Calvalry SPV lLLC for a credit card from citibank that I never had. They send me a letter telling me that I am multi racial, I have red hair I am marry, I am 5'7 that I was in the military. I wrote them and told them they have the wrong person and that they need to send me the information with orignal copies of the contract that I sign. So far nothing and I spoke with the lawyer and I said you have the wrong person and he said no we have the right person. We go to court on the Sept 21, 2020. And I don't look or I am not marry I did file a police report for identiy theift.

This is all completely irrelevant, whether its your account or not. Your race has nothing to do with your credit, neither does having red hair or even being married. Why they would tell you this like it makes any difference is beyond me.

There very well may not be an agreement you would have had to physically sign, assuming this debt is actually yours to begin with. I have had several credit cards of which I never signed any agreement. There is a "Card Agreement" for every credit card, and usually it is agreed by the card being issued to you and your use of the card that you abide by the terms of the Card Agreement for that card.

Have they sent you anything relating to the alleged debt? Anything noted about when the last payment was made, or card was last used? I am assuming you already filed an answer to the lawsuit?
