I live in Arizona. I have an account that went to collections. My FIRST notification from Associated Recovery was court papers suing me for a judgement. I am in the process of refinancing my home to obtain cash to pay down some debt. Problem is my response to the court is due before my loan closes (looks like about 6 days late). How can I stop this judgement?
