Turbosky 0 Posted February 25 Report Share Posted February 25 Hi, I have a judgment against me in 2007, recently when I check the case information online, it said in 2019 - Order case file destroyed per sections(s) 71008 and /or 68152 of the Government Code. The Status now shows: Legacy Judgment. I did not see any renewal judgment in the case. So is that mean this judgment is over? Thanks. Quote Link to post Share on other sites
WhoCares1000 784 Posted February 25 Report Share Posted February 25 You might want to get a consult with an attorney to ensure what the status of the judgement is. $200 - $250 for 30 minutes of an attorneys time would be money well spent.
