When did banks remove arbitration verbiage?

Recommended Posts

Being sued by OC (BofA), and don't have copy of the original contract.  Looking at the CFBP website, it looks like their current contract does not have arbitration verbiage included. Does anyone happen to know when banks, and ideally BofA specifically, removed such verbiage?

The last statement they sent was from 2018 - not sure when this card was supposedly opened.

Thank you.

I checked Google.  BoA appears to have removed arbitration August 2009.
