What creditors and JDB have been know to follow through with Arbitration?

List if you know of JDB or OC have have been court order to Arbitration and have seen it through or entered it.

Discover and AmEx will go into arbitration.  
 

I went into arbitration 4x.  Those were the two that actually paid the fees and went through with it.  These were not court ordered.  I initiated arbitration both times before a suit was filed.  Both were settled very much to my satisfaction.
